Our Team

Philip Gay, CEO

Philip has 30 years experience in operating restaurants, accounting and finance and has assisted middle market companies with financing, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and strategic planning needs. Rooted in experience with leading restaurant industry brands, his tenure has included positions as President/CEO of Grill Concepts, Inc., CFO for California Pizza Kitchen, CFO & Interim CEO for Wolfgang Puck
 Food Company, CEO for Color Me Mine and CEO & COO for Diversified Food Group. Philip graduated with a BSC, Economics from London School of Economics & Political Science.

SK Lynch

SK has over 28 years experience in Accounting & Finance primarily in the hospitality 
& restaurant industry. Prior to joining Triple Enterprises, she was the Director of Finance & Accounting for Mundo Management, Inc., where she helped expand the Border Grill brand by spearheading the launch of their Border Grill Taco Truck. From 2002-2009, 
she was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Grill Concepts, Inc.
From 1998-2002 she was the Manager of Finance & Accounting for Universal Studios City Walk Los Angeles. There she was responsible for building the City Walk Food Department for the expansion. From 1994-1994 she was a multi-unit Controller for Planet Hollywood's location in Nevada. From 1982-1994 she was a Rooms Division Manager to Controller for various hotels throughout Tampa, with various flags from Hiltons, Embassy Suites to Holiday Corp. SK received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Violet S. Fultz

Violet has over 25 years experience in small business, corporate and individual tax preparation. She improves workflow, recognizes individual client needs and provides a high level of customer satisfaction to the company. She graduated from the University of Chula Vista with a BS in Accountancy.

Xiaping (Julia) Shao

Julia has over 10 years experience working with various entrepreneurial firms with challenging levels of responsibilities. She joined Triple Enterprises in 2014 as a Staff Accountant. She graduated from CSUN with a Master of Science in Accountancy in 2013 and is a CPA. She has varied work experience in tax preparation. She is 
fluent in both Chinese & Japanese.

Jenny Lin

Jenny has over 18 years of accounting experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Prior to joining Triple Enterprises, she was the Corporate Controller for Simms Restaurant Group in Manhattan Beach and the Director of Accounting at Patina Restaurant Group in Downtown LA. Before this, she was with Grill Concepts Inc and Universal Studios CityWalk. Jenny graduated from UCLA with a BS in International Economics.

Srboui Papazian

Srboui joined the Triple team in 2017 as an Accounting Manager. She started her accounting career in 2011 at a CPA firm as a staff accountant and tax associate. The dual accounting role provided a versatile understanding of the financial statements from the first sales entry and compilation of monthly financial statements, to dealings with various levels of government agencies and the eventual filing of the tax return. Srboui later moved on to business management for entertainment and high net worth clientele, then to forensic accounting. In forensic accounting she was tasked with deconstructing and analyzing financials in order to prepare an organized and concise presentation of company structures, cash flow, and tracing the use of funds amongst other financial analyses. She received her BA in economics, emphasis in Accounting from UCLA. Srboui is a CPA and a member of the CalCPA and AICPA.

Kevin FitzGerald

Kevin, Senior Staff Accountant, has over 27 years of experience. He has provided accounting services for multiple industries including restaurants, landscaping, publishing, plastic manufacturing, wheelchair lift manufacturing, waste management, construction aggregates, and postharvest products. Some of the companies he has worked for are Grill Concepts, Vulcan Materials, Ricon Corp, and Decco US. He has multi-state experience in processing sales tax, property tax and payroll. Kevin also draws from his additional IT administrator, system/program transition, and spreadsheet development experience.

Shauna Grant

Shauna has over 12 years of accounting experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Triple Enterprises, she was the Accounting Manager for Landmark Restaurant Group, a 26 unit IHOP franchisee, where she helped streamline the payroll process and recovered health insurance and payroll tax overpayments. Prior to Landmark Restaurant Group, she was a Senior Accountant for the Patina Restaurant Group and the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group. Her prior experience includes preparation and analysis of financial reports, spearheading the recovery of suspended and incomplete credit card batches during a new POS implementation and filing monthly, quarterly and annual business tax returns. Shauna received her MBAs in Global Business and in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Dimitre Krouchev

Dimitre is a Senior Accountant at Triple Enterprises. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in finance and minor in economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Dimitre has over 5 years experience working in accounting and corporate finance roles. Prior to joining Triple Enterprises, Dimitre was a financial manager at Falcon Waterfree Technologies where he worked closely with executive management on FP&A, M&A, accounting, budgeting and strategy.

Rosie Ishikawa

Rosie Ishikawa has over fifteen years accounting and finance experience working for publicly traded and private companies before joining Triple Enterprises in February 2016. With a passion for financial reporting and analysis, her professional objective has always been focused on the improvement of organizational profitability and performance. Rosie is skilled with the full spectrum of accounting functions which include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Statements and Payroll. “Understanding the importance of clear communication and reporting practices is the key to success in order to consistently deliver the desired outcomes on time and on budget,” is her mantra.
